To permanently delete your virtual card, follow these simple steps:
Go to the "Cards" section of the Eversend app.
Find the card you want to delete and tap the "Remove card" button.
Confirm your choice by tapping "OK." Your card will be temporarily frozen and will be deleted after 24hours from the time you have initiated the process. You will be able to access the card balances after the deletion process is complete.
During the 24-hour freeze period following your card deletion request, you cannot make any payments with the card. This timeframe allows merchants to finalize pending transactions and settle charges, ensuring everything is processed smoothly.
If the deletion process takes longer than 24 hours, it's typically due to pending recent transactions or charges that need to be completed first.
NB:Cards once deleted can not be recovered or restored.
