We have implemented changes to our virtual card termination process, which now includes a "cooling down" period. Here's how the updated process functions:

When you delete a virtual USD card, it will transition into a disabled state and remain frozen. This pause which is about 24 hours or more allows ample time for merchants to complete any pending transactions and for charges to be settled.

Also, your card is scheduled for deletion within the next 24 working hours. However, if the deletion process extends beyond 24 hours, it may be due to the card still pending settlement with our partner.

We acknowledge that this adjustment might bring about a slight inconvenience for certain users.

Please understand that this decision was reached after thorough deliberation, with the aim of cultivating a more secure and dependable platform that benefits all our stakeholders.

Do not hesitate to reach out to our support team if your card termination exceeds 24 hours.
