Account Deletion Requirements:
Clear every Eversend wallet balance.
Have no pending transactions/withdrawals.
In case you have an existing virtual card, please remove it first before sending in the account deletion request. Here's a guide on how to remove a virtual card from your Eversend account.
If your wallet balance is too low to execute a withdrawal that clears your wallet balance, you can transfer the balance to a friend who has an Eversend account through a wallet transfer. You can also donate the remaining funds to a charity of your choice within the Eversend app.
Do you really have to close your Eversend account?
Even if you no longer use your account, you don’t necessarily have to close it. According to Eversend account management policies, it can be difficult to open a new account with the same phone number and verification information in the future if you change your mind.
Eversend doesn’t charge fees for inactive accounts, so if that was a concern, please rest assured that there are no costs associated with keeping your account open.
