The Freeze card option allows you to temporarily deactivate your Eversend Virtual Card in order to prevent it from being used for any transaction. Your can always Unfreeze the card whenever you want to.
To Freeze your card:
Log into your Eversend account and go to your Card tab
2. Tap the freeze switch to activate it.
3. Your card will be instantly frozen and will appear grey
PS: Your card cannot be charged, funded or withdrawn from when frozen |
To Unfreeze your Card:
Simply go to your Card tab and tap the switch to unfreeze it.
Enter your Eversend PIN to successfully unfreeze your Card
What Happens When you Freeze your Card?
Transactions are blocked: Your card cannot be used for any purchases or transactions.
Payments are Paused: Recurring payments, subscriptions, and any scheduled payments are stopped.
No withdrawals: No withdrawals can be made from your card.
No top-ups: Your card can not be funded.
Maintenance fees: The monthly maintenance fee will still apply.
