A transaction reference is a unique identification (ID) for each transaction you undertake. To get a transaction reference on Eversend app, please follow the following steps:
Go to the transactions list on the home screen.
Select the transaction you want to look up by clicking it. This will reveal various information related to that particular transaction.
Scroll down to Reference. This is the transaction ID.
You can provide this transaction reference when following up a pending transaction e.t.c.
