To set up your Euro bank account on Eversend, you must complete your account registration and verification process. Here's a quick guide to get you started:
Download and Set Up the App:
Find the Eversend app in your app store and download it to your mobile device.
Follow the on-screen prompts to create a verified Eversend account.
Navigate to the Euro/USD wallet:
Once your account is set up, you'll automatically receive dedicated EUR and USD wallets within the Eversend app. These wallets serves as your secure storage for Euros and US Dollars received through your Euro IBAN and USD bank account.
Creating Your Virtual Euro/USD Bank Account:
Open the Eversend app and swipe to the Euro wallet/USD wallet by tapping on the directional arrow.
Tap on "Add Money/Load" and then select "Bank Transfer" from the pop-up options.
Tap on "Bank Transfer."(from a virtual bank account)
Tap on "Request Virtual bank account."
You will then receive a prompt to add your additional information. Please make sure that you fill in all the required details to be able to proceed to submit your virtual bank account request.
Once your request is submitted, please expect feedback/update from our team within 24 hours.
Any funds sent or deposited into this virtual bank account will be reflected in your Eversend app. You'll have convenient access to your money for transactions and transfers in over ten local currencies within Africa.
🚨Currently, EUR deposits made to your EUR virtual bank by third parties are not accepted and will be automatically refunded.
🚨Payments sent by a registered business from its bank account or its fintech app to your Eversend USD/EUR virtual bank account are supported. Payroll payments from businesses are also supported.

✅ First-party payments
These are payments sent from your own bank account, fintech app, or brokerage account to your Eversend USD/EUR virtual bank account.
✅ Third-party payments (business only)
Payments sent by a registered business from its bank account or its fintech app to your Eversend USD/EUR virtual bank account are supported. Payroll payments from businesses are supported.
⚠️ Important:
Payments sent from individual third-party accounts (not registered businesses) will be rejected and returned.
USD wire transfers from third parties will be processed with additional checks and verification requirements from the sender.
If your EUR virtual bank account continues to receive third-party deposit attempts from individuals, it may be temporarily restricted or deactivated for compliance reasons.
