After you’ve registered with Eversend, we’ll ask you to take:
A photo of a valid, original GOVERNMENT-ISSUED photo ID (passports, national IDs, or driver's licenses. So not your hospital card, loan card, student ID, or other cards not issued by the government).
A video of your face
The person on the identification document and the video selfie needs to match, as well as match to the information on the account.
You must be 18 years or older to use Eversend.
Most account verifications happen within 5 minutes. If it is delayed, reach out to us through in-app chat.
Tips for a fail-proof verification:
Take a clear picture of your identity document, where every single detail is readable without any blur
Take the photos somewhere brightly lit
Turn flash off to avoid glare on your documents
Make sure the details on your Eversend profile match the details on your legal document
Make sure that your legal document has at least 3 months validity left on it
Do not take a picture of a picture (the photo must be taken of your original ID, not a copy of it)
I wasn’t verified the first time, help!
There are several common reasons why people do not get verified. Please ensure that you did not do any of the following things and then proceed to reach out to us using our in-app chat.
The information on the account did not match your selfie and/or ID. You cannot create an account for a third-party, only for yourself.
One or both of the photos was blurry, please try retaking the photos if they are not clear.
You submitted a selfie instead of a government-issued ID. Please ensure that you follow the KYC instruction steps carefully.
