After successfully registering your Eversend account, you will need to verify your identity by completing a verification process; a process mandatory for all money transfer customers everywhere(not just on Eversend). Follow these steps after logging into your Eversend account:

Step 1: Click on the verification prompt in the app as shown below to begin.

Step 2: Add your address. This can be your PO Box Number, your street address or your village name. You will then also add the name of your Town or City.

Step 3: Take a photo of your government-issued ID (such as a National ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, NIN slip, or International Passport) and submit it.Make sure that the phone camera is close to the ID document so that it is well captured.

Then, take a short biometric video of your face, ensuring that you rotate your head as instructed to clearly capture your facial features. Make sure to do this in a well-lit environment to ensure that all the details being captured are clear and well legible.

Your Eversend account will be verified within a few minutes. Once your verification has been successfully and accepted, we will send you an email notification.

You may be requested to repeat the verification process more than once if the first attempt is not successful. This is why we encourage you to submit clear and valid details.
