Applying for a virtual USD or EUR bank account with Eversend? 🚀 Awesome! But sometimes, requests are declined due to a few common issues. Don't worry — most of them are easy to fix! Here's a quick guide to help you understand why your request might be declined and how to correct it. 👇
1. 📸 Unclear or Unreadable Document
We need to clearly verify your identity. If your ID document in our records is blurry, poorly lit, or submitted as a black-and-white photo or screenshot, your request will not be accepted.
✅ Fix it: Contact support to enable you to upload a high-quality, colored photo of your original document. Ensure all details are clearly visible.
2. 🧾 Temporary or Unsupported Document
Documents like temporary IDs, NIN slips, black-and-white scans, or screenshots aren't accepted for verification.
✅ Fix it: Contact support and request to enable you to upload a high-quality, colored photo of your original valid national ID, driver's license, passport, or voter’s card.
3. 🚫 Restricted Country
Unfortunately, we can't offer USD or EUR accounts in some countries due to local regulations.
✅ Fix it: If you're located in a restricted country, we won't be able to process your request for now. We'll let you know if this changes in the future.

4. 🛠️ Altered or Edited Document
Documents that appear to be edited or tampered with cannot be accepted for security reasons.
✅ Fix it: Contact support and request to enable you to upload the original, unmodified document exactly as it was issued.
5. ⏳ Expired Document
Your ID must be valid and current at the time of submission.
✅ Fix it: Renew your document and upload the updated version.
