We are open to reviewing customers' requests for a change of phone number, on the condition that the new number falls within the same country code as the previous one (If you register using a Kenyan phone number, we are unable to accept any other numbers from outside of Kenya).
To change your phone number, pleasefollow the procedure below:
Kindly take a selfie with the ID registered under your account (Please view the attached image for an example).
Email the selfie to [email protected] using the email address registered under your Eversend account.
Additionally, ensure the email's subject line reads “CHANGE OF PHONE NUMBER" and include both your old and new numbers as well as the reason for the change in the body of the email.
Once you send the email, a member of our team will review and assist further.
