We are open to reviewing customers' requests for a change of phone number, on the condition that the new number falls within the same country code as the previous one (If you register using a Kenyan phone number, we are unable to accept any other numbers from outside of Kenya).
To change your phone number, please follow the procedure below:
Make sure that you are logged into your Eversend account.
Go to "More", Tap "Help", and request for change of Phone number.
