We’re excited to announce our new one-time payment plan for card subscriptions! Our primary goal is to enhance user satisfaction by providing a more flexible payment option and streamlining the subscription management process.
In light of this, we’ve also introduced a seamless way for users to upgrade their card subscription from a monthly plan to a one-time payment, as long as they have at least $3 in their Eversend wallet.
Steps to Automatically Upgrade Your Subscription
To upgrade your card subscription automatically, make sure your Eversend USD wallet has a balance of at least $3. If your balance falls below this, the system won’t process the upgrade.
Once your wallet balance meets the $3 minimum, the system will automatically upgrade your subscription from monthly to a one-time payment following the steps below:
Log in to the app.
Click “More,” then ‘’Help''
Click "Messages," and tap the icon on the top right to start a new chat.
From the categories listed, select Virtual Cards, then Upgrade to One-Time Payment.
Select the card you wish to upgrade and proceed. If you have $3 in your wallet, the upgrade will be successful.
After the successful upgrade, you will receive a confirmation message via Intercom, confirming that your subscription has been switched to a one-time payment.
If your balance is below $3, the upgrade won’t occur automatically. In this case, you’ll need to top up your wallet to trigger the upgrade.
The upgrade is specifically for card subscription fees and does not address other potential issues that could lead to card deletion. |
