An overdraft occurs when your balance in any of the wallets goes negative. This typically happens in the USD wallet due to fees from virtual card transactions. To understand these fees, please check the virtual card fees. We also ensure transparency by displaying them in your statement. You can download your account statement for a detailed breakdown using these steps.

To resolve an overdraft:

  1. Add Funds to Your Main Wallet. If you have already done this, move to the next step.

  2. Navigate to the "Balances" section in your Eversend app and select your main wallet.

  3. Locate the "Exchange" button (blue) and click it.

  4. Select USD as the currency to exchange to and enter the amount/value (in main wallet currency) to cover the overdraft.

  5. Confirm the exchange by clicking the blue "Exchange" button again.

You can also resolve the overdraft by directly funding the USD wallet using a Mastercard or stablecoins.
