Retailers may become wary if they notice a significant rise in customer checkouts and purchases, leading them to impose restrictions. Furthermore, specific services and merchants may restrict payment or cards, pointing to concerns about IP location and security.
Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Consequently, users may need to submit an appeal to address and navigate through this restriction.
While our virtual card remains functional, these restrictions are a shared experience among AliExpress users. It is not unique to our Virtual Card.
To submit a successful payment appeal on AliExpress, please follow these steps:
Click on the 'Submit Appeal' button provided and submit the required documents following the provided instructions.
The following documents are necessary for submission:
a. A screenshot of your valid government ID.
b. A screenshot of your Virtual Card, with all card numbers except the last four digits.
c. Screenshots of the statement associated with your Virtual Card.
After uploading all required documents, your appeal will enter the pending review state, typically lasting 1-5 working days.
If you wish to expedite the process, you can contact their Support team via the Live Chat and request assistance in speeding up the review.
