To create a virtual card, please follow the following steps:
Click the Cards tab to navigate to virtual cards screen.
Click Create new card and enter the amount you wish to add to your new card.
Click Continue to create the card.
Card creation fee: $0
Minimum amount to load: $1.
Card maintenance fees:
PLAN A | $1 (recurring monthly) | A monthly subscription fee of $1 USD will be charged for ongoing card maintenance. The first month's fee will be deducted upfront when you create your card, and subsequent monthly fees of the same amount will be charged every 30 days. P.S. The monthly fee will be deducted from your available funds in the following order: USD wallet, Card balance, Other wallets with available funds. |
PLAN B | $3 (one-time Payment) | Pay a one-time fee for unlimited card use with no monthly charges. |
What other information should I be aware of?
Please note that you’d be charged FX fees when you make cross- currency card transactions. Please refer to Eversend transaction fees
If your card is declined due to insufficient funds, a fee of 0.35 USD will be charged after every failed transaction attempt. Here's a guide on how to add more money to the virtual card to avoid such penalties.
