What to do if you suspect card fraud
1. Contact Eversend Support immediately
Reach out to the Eversend Support team through the app or our official support channels as soon as you notice the unauthorized transaction.
To help us locate your card quickly, please provide:
The last four digits of your virtual card.
A brief description of the issue.
2. Share the transaction details
Provide as much information as possible about the suspicious transaction, including:
The transaction amount.
The date and time of the transaction.
The merchant name, if available.
Any other relevant details that may help with the investigation.
The more information you provide, the faster our team can begin investigating.
3. Secure your virtual card
To help prevent additional unauthorized transactions, you can freeze or delete your virtual card while the investigation is ongoing.
4. Check your card balance
If your virtual card needs to be deleted as part of the resolution process, any remaining balance on the card will be returned automatically to your USD wallet.
5. Create a new virtual card
