If you selected the monthly subscription plan when creating your Eversend virtual card, a $1 monthly maintenance fee will be charged automatically.
You do not need to make this payment yourself. The fee is deducted from your USD wallet each month.
If your USD wallet does not have enough funds, the system will automatically charge your card or apply an overdraft to your USD wallet.
How to make sure your monthly card fee is paid
Open the Eversend app.
Tap Cards.
Check the balance of your USD wallet.
If your balance is less than $1, top up your USD wallet before your next billing date.
Once your wallet has sufficient funds, the monthly maintenance fee will be deducted automatically.
What happens if I don't have enough funds?
If there are insufficient funds in your USD wallet when the fee is due, Eversend will:
Attempt to charge the fee automatically.
Apply an overdraft to your USD wallet if the fee cannot be collected from your available balance.
To avoid an outstanding balance, keep at least $1 in your USD wallet before your monthly billing date.
