What transaction types are supported?
For USD accounts, the supported transaction types are ACH and Wire.
For EUR accounts, the supported transaction type is SEPA.
What are first-party and third-party inflows?
First-party inflow: Transactions from an account with the same name as the receiver account. First-party transfers do not require more information to get updated to your account balance.
Third-party inflow: Transactions from an account with a different name from the receiver account name.
🚨Currently, EUR deposits made to your EUR virtual bank by third parties are not accepted and will be automatically refunded.
🚨Payments sent by a registered business from its bank account or its fintech app to your Eversend USD/EUR virtual bank account are supported. Payroll payments from businesses are also supported.
Why will a transaction be reversed to the sender?
A payment will be returned to the sender if the receiver account name inputted for the transaction is incorrect.
Always ensure that your first and last name are correct for all transactions to prevent fund reversal to the sender.
What is the monthly transaction limit?
The monthly transaction limit is 50,000 EUR and 50,000 USD respectively. Transactions above this limit would require more information before they are settled.
Does Eversend provide SWIFT codes or account numbers to its customers?
USD Virtual accounts with Eversend do not currently support SWIFT payments, only ACH and US domestic wires.
My bank did a microdeposit to my virtual account. How do I get the amounts for the microdeposits?
Notifications for Microdeposits made to virtual accounts are sent to [email, SMS, push notification]. It can take up to 1 day for the microdeposits to arrive.
I am being asked for a 3-letter code by Plaid that was sent to my virtual account. Where can I find this code?
The 3 letter code is included as part of the descriptor of the microdeposit.
What types of transactions can I receive in my virtual account?
✅ First-party payments
These are payments sent from your own bank account, fintech app, or brokerage account to your Eversend USD/EUR virtual bank account.
✅ Third-party payments (business only)
Payments sent by a registered business from its bank account or its fintech app to your Eversend USD/EUR virtual bank account are supported. Payroll payments from businesses are supported.
⚠️ Important:
Payments sent from individual third-party accounts (not registered businesses) will be rejected and returned.
USD wire transfers from third parties will be processed with additional checks and verification requirements from the sender.
If your EUR virtual bank account continues to receive third-party deposit attempts from individuals, it may be temporarily restricted or deactivated for compliance reasons.
