How do I withdraw to my mobile money account?
Withdrawing money is just like sending money but to yourself.
To withdraw to your mobile money wallet;
Tap on the ‘Send’ tab
Tap your name and mobile number
Tap ‘Mobile Money’
Enter the amount and tap ‘Continue’
Can I withdraw to my bank account?
Currently, withdrawals to bank accounts are available for Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and Uganda. We are working to add more corridors with bank transfers.
Which countries can you withdraw money in?
You can withdraw money in Cameroon, Cote d’lvoire, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Zambia via mobile money.
