You can remove saved Mobile Money numbers, beneficiaries, and bank cards directly from the Eversend app. Follow the steps below for the item you want to remove.
Remove a saved Mobile Money number or beneficiary
To remove a saved Mobile Money number or beneficiary:
Open the Eversend app and sign in to your account.
Go to the Send Money section.
Locate the saved Mobile Money number or beneficiary you want to remove.
Press and hold (long-press) the beneficiary.
Tap Hide Beneficiary.
Confirm the action when prompted.
The selected Mobile Money number or beneficiary will be removed from your saved list.
Remove a saved bank card
To remove a saved bank card:
Open the Eversend app.
Navigate to the section where your saved cards are displayed.
Select the card you want to remove.
Tap Remove Card.
Confirm the removal.
Once removed, the card will no longer be available for funding your Eversend account unless you add it again.
Important: You can only remove a verified card yourself. If the card has not yet been verified, please contact Eversend Customer Support for assistance with its removal.
