You can add up to three (3) mobile money numbers to your Eversend account for deposits on your primary wallet and two (2) numbers on other wallets. This limit is in place to ensure the security and reliability of our services for all users.
Can I add a new mobile money number?
Yes, as long as you have not yet reached the limit of three mobile money numbers.
If you have added fewer than three numbers, you can add a new one from the Eversend app.
What happens if I've already added three numbers?
If you have already added three mobile money numbers to your account, you will not be able to add a fourth number. Unfortunately, we are unable to increase this limit or manually add a new number to your account.
Can I restore a previously deleted number?
Yes. If you previously deleted a mobile money number that was linked to your account, our team can help restore it. If you'd like to restore a previously deleted number, please get in touch with Eversend Customer Support at [email protected] with the details of the number you want to restore.
