If you've frozen your Eversend virtual card, you can unfreeze it at any time from the Eversend app when you're ready to use it again.
How to unfreeze your virtual card
Open the Eversend app and sign in to your account.
Go to the Cards section.
Select the virtual card you want to unfreeze.
Tap Unfreeze Card.
Confirm the action if prompted.
Once the card is successfully unfrozen, it will be available for use again.
I can't unfreeze my virtual card
If you're unable to unfreeze your card, it may be because:
The card has been frozen due to a security review.
There's a temporary issue affecting card services.
The card has been permanently terminated or is no longer active
If you don't see the Unfreeze Card option or your card remains frozen after trying the steps above, please contact Eversend Support through the in-app chat for assistance.
Our team will review your account, identify the reason for the freeze, and help restore access if your card is eligible to be reactivated.
