If you're unable to create a virtual card, the most common reason is that your USD wallet has a negative (overdraft) balance. Before you can create a virtual card, your USD wallet balance must be zero or greater. If your balance is negative, you'll need to clear the overdraft before creating a new card.
How do I clear a negative USD wallet balance?
You can clear your negative balance by exchanging funds from another wallet into your USD wallet.
Open the Eversend app and go to Balances.
Tap Exchange.
Select the wallet you want to exchange funds from.
Choose USD as the currency you want to exchange to.
Enter an amount that will bring your USD wallet balance to zero or above.
Review the exchange details and tap Exchange to confirm.
Once the exchange is complete and your USD wallet has a positive balance, you can try creating your virtual card again.
