How to Delete Your Eversend Account
We're sorry to hear that you're considering closing your Eversend account.
If you'd like to permanently delete your account, please contact our Support team by emailing [email protected]. Once your request is received and the required checks have been completed, we'll review and process your account deletion request.
Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or access your transaction history.
Before You Request Account Deletion
To help us process your request, please ensure that all of the following requirements have been met:
All your Eversend wallet balances have been cleared.
You have no pending transactions or withdrawals.
Any virtual card linked to your account has been removed before submitting your request. Please refer to our guide on How to Remove a Virtual Card for detailed instructions.
What if I Have a Small Remaining Balance?
If your wallet balance is too low to make a withdrawal, you have the following options:
Transfer the remaining balance to another Eversend user using a wallet transfer.
Do You Really Need to Delete Your Account?
If you're no longer using your Eversend account, you may not need to delete it.
Please note that if you decide to return in the future, creating a new account with the same phone number and identity verification details may not always be possible.
Additionally, Eversend does not charge any fees for inactive accounts, so you can keep your account open at no cost if you simply wish to stop using it for the time being.
