Minimum Balance Requirement
Your virtual card must always maintain a minimum balance of $5. This means:
If your card balance is less than $5, you will not be able to withdraw funds.
If you have $20 on your card, you can only withdraw $15, leaving the required $5 behind.
What happens to the Remaining $5?
The remaining $5 is not lost. You can still use it to:
Make online purchases
Pay for subscriptions or digital services
How to Withdraw All Funds
If you prefer to withdraw all the money on your card, including the remaining $5, you can do so by:
Deleting your virtual card
Waiting up to 24 hours
Once the card is deleted, any remaining balance will be automatically transferred to your USD wallet.
