Why does Eversend say a service is not available in my country?

If you see a message saying a service is not available in your region, but you're in a supported country — this is usually a region mismatch on your account.

What causes this?
Your Eversend account region is set when you first sign up, based on the phone number or location you used. If you registered with a number from a different country (for example, a UK number but you're based in Rwanda), the app may restrict services that are only available in your current country.

How to fix it
Contact our support team and request a region change. You will need to provide:

  • Your account email address

  • Your current country of residence

  • A brief explanation of the mismatch

Our team will update your account region, after which you should sign out and sign back in for the changes to take effect.

Note: Region changes are reviewed manually to prevent misuse. We aim to resolve these within 1 business day.
