There are two easy ways to add money to your wallet using a bank account.
Tip: Only the following wallets support adding money using banks: UGX, NGN and USD
On the left navigation bar, click “Wallets.” You might need to sign in.
Hover over an active wallet you wish to fund.
Click the plus button on the top right corner and follow the on-screen instructions.
Alternatively:
On the left navigation bar, click “Wallets.” You might need to sign in.
Click on one of the active wallets displayed.
On the top left corner, click “Add money.”
Select mobile money (Bank) option.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
