Sometimes, your wallet balance may take time to update after a successful top up. To update your wallet balance manually, please follow the following steps:
First, ensure that the last top-up transaction status is marked as successful. You can check the transaction status by clicking the transaction.
Go to the wallet you need to update and long press the current balance.
Click Refresh balances to update your wallet balance.
Your wallet balance with be updated immediately.
