If you have already added your mobile number, you simply:
Click the ‘Balance’ tab
Click the plus sign labeled 'Add money/Fund/Load' on the respective currency wallet. (Note: You cannot add money to a KES wallet using a Ugandan mobile money number.)
Select the amount you want to add and which mobile number you would like to use
We will send a debit request to your default registered number and you will need to verify the numbers by SMS before we top up your wallet
The money should appear instantly in your account. If it does not please contact our team using our in-app chat.
