How do I open a Business Account on Eversend?

An Eversend Business Account gives you access to a range of financial tools designed to help your business collect payments, send money, and manage funds across multiple currencies.

What can I do with an Eversend Business Account?

With an Eversend Business Account, you can:

  • Receive payments through mobile money and local bank accounts.

  • Automate and send payouts to mobile money wallets and bank accounts worldwide.

  • Exchange fiat and cryptocurrencies at competitive wholesale foreign exchange (FX) rates.

Tip: When creating your Business Account, you'll be asked to provide personal and business information. Providing accurate information helps keep your account secure and ensures a smoother verification process.

How to create a Business Account

  1. Visit the Eversend Business sign-up page "https://business.eversend.co/signup".

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Create and confirm your password.

  4. Click Join Eversend.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account registration.

Complete your Business Verification (KYB)

To activate your Business Account, you'll need to complete Know Your Business (KYB) verification.

  1. Sign in to your Eversend Business Account.

  2. Go to your Profile.

  3. Open the KYB section.

  4. Upload the required business documents.

  5. Submit your documents for review.

  6. Once your verification is approved, your Business Account will be activated.

You'll receive a notification once your verification has been completed.

Can't access the KYB section?

If your profile or account icons are not loading and you cannot access the KYB section:

  • Take a screenshot of the error message.

  • Contact the Eversend Support team through the in-app chat and attach the screenshot so the issue can be escalated to our technical team.
