If you're adding your Eversend virtual card to Meta Pay (for Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta services), you may be asked to enter a verification code. This code is included in the description of a small verification charge made to your card.
How to find your Meta Pay verification code
Open the Eversend app.
Go to the Cards section.
Select your virtual card.
Open Transaction History.
Find the Meta verification transaction. It may appear as "META" or a similar description.
Your verification code is the last 4 characters that appear after "META" in the transaction description.
Example:
META*ABCD
Your verification code is: ABCD
Can't see the code?
If you can't find the verification code:
Confirm that the Meta verification charge has been successfully deducted from your card.
Wait a few minutes and refresh your transaction history, as the transaction description may take a short time to update.
If the transaction has been completed but the code still isn't visible, it may not have been received from Meta yet. Please wait a little longer and check again.
Need more help?
If you've waited and the verification code still doesn't appear in your transaction history, contact the Eversend Support team through the in-app chat. Include the date and amount of the Meta verification transaction so the team can assist you more quickly.
