You can view your virtual card transaction history at any time in the Eversend app. Your transaction history allows you to review past payments, monitor your spending, and check the status of your card transactions.
How to view your transaction history
Open the Eversend app and sign in to your account.
Tap Cards from the home screen.
Select the virtual card you want to view.
Tap Transactions.
Your recent card transactions will be displayed, including completed, pending, and declined transactions where applicable.
A transaction is missing or looks incorrect
If you don't see a recent transaction or something doesn't look right:
Refresh your transaction history by closing and reopening the app.
Allow a few minutes for newly completed transactions to appear.
Check whether the transaction is still pending.
If you still can't find the transaction, contact Eversend Support through the app for assistance.
My virtual card transaction was declined
If your payment was declined, check the following before trying again:
Make sure your card wallet has enough funds to cover the transaction, including any applicable fees.
Confirm that your virtual card is active and has not been frozen, terminated, or expired.
Verify that you entered the correct card details, including the card number, expiry date, and CVV.
Check whether the merchant accepts prepaid or virtual cards.
Some merchants may require additional verification, such as 3D Secure or a one-time password (OTP), where supported.
If the merchant places a temporary authorization hold, ensure you have sufficient available balance.
If your transaction continues to be declined after completing these checks, contact Eversend Support through the app. Include the merchant's name, the transaction amount, the transaction date, and any error message you received so we can investigate the issue.
