Verifying your bank card with the support team

Written by Eva

For your security, all external Visa and Mastercard cards added to your Eversend account for funding must be verified before they can be used.

Before you request card verification

Before contacting our support team, make sure you have:

  • Added the card to your Eversend account.

  • Confirmed that the name on the card matches the name registered on your Eversend account.

Important: Eversend does not accept third-party cards. You can only verify and use cards that are registered in your own name.

How to verify your card

  1. Add your Visa or Mastercard to your Eversend account.

  2. Open the Eversend app.

  3. Go to More > Help and start a chat with our support team.

  4. Submit the following documents for verification:

    • A photo of your card showing only:

      • The first four (4) digits;

      • The last four (4) digits; and

      • The cardholder's name.

    • A recent card statement for the same card.

For your security, make sure the middle digits of the card number and the CVV on the back of the card are covered before sharing the photo.

Why do I need to verify my card?

Card verification helps us:

  • Confirm that you are the legitimate cardholder.

  • Prevent unauthorized use of stolen or third-party cards.

  • Keep your Eversend account secure.

Once your documents have been reviewed and approved, our support team will notify you that your card has been verified and is ready to use.

Keeping your card information safe

Only provide your verification documents through an official conversation with Eversend Customer Support in the app.

Never share your full card number or your CVV with anyone.
