How do I change my account region or country?

Your account region determines which services, payment methods, and currencies are available to you on Eversend.

You cannot change your region directly in the app. Region changes are handled by our support team to ensure account security.

When to request a region change

  • You have moved to a new country

  • Your account shows the wrong country

  • Services available in your country are not showing up

  • You see "not available in your region" for a country you're actually in

How to request it
Contact our support team via in-app chat or at [email protected] with the following:

  1. Your account email address

  2. Your current country of residence

  3. The reason for the change (moved country, wrong region at signup, etc.)

We may ask for a document confirming your current location. Once updated, sign out and sign back in to see the changes.
