Eversend B2B is a powerful tool and has some neat business features. For instance, you may add multiple beneficiaries by uploading a spreadsheet with the beneficiaries’ details.

To add group beneficiaries:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click “Beneficiaries.” You might need to sign in.

  2. On the top right hand corner, click “Add Beneficiary”.

  3. Click “Group.”

  4. Download a sample of the spreadsheet and fill it with the necessary information.

  5. Next, click “I already have an existing template.”

  6. Click or drag your prepared spreadsheet on the input area. Beneficiary information will be automatically extracted from the spreadsheet.

  7. Review the beneficiary information. You may edit some of the information at this point.

  8. Finally, click “Upload” on the bottom right hand corner to complete the process.
