If you're adding your Eversend virtual card as a payment method for Meta (Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta services, including Facebook Ads), Meta may send a small verification charge to confirm your card is genuine. This charge includes a verification code in its description — you can find it yourself in the app in under a minute.
How to find your Meta verification code
Open the Eversend app and go to Cards.
If you have more than one active card, select the card you used with Meta.
Tap Transactions (Transaction History).
Look for a $1.00 transaction with a description starting with "META" or "METAPAY".
Your verification code is the 4 characters immediately after that word in the description.
Example:
METAPAY 7X2Q
Your verification code is: 7X2Q
Enter this code back in Meta Ads Manager, or wherever Meta requested it, to complete verification.
Can't see the code yet?
Give it a few minutes — the charge can take a short time to post and for the description to update.
Close and reopen the app, or refresh your transaction history.
Confirm the $1.00 charge has actually gone through — check it isn't still missing from the list entirely.
If the charge is showing but there's no code in the description, Meta may not have sent it yet. Wait a little longer and check again.

If the charge appears but no code shows up after a while, contact the Eversend Support team through More > Help in the app or email [email protected] — include the date and amount of the transaction. You can also contact Meta/Facebook Ads support directly and let them know the code wasn't successfully delivered on their end.
