Your referral reward is credited once all the requirements for a successful referral have been completed.
When Are Referral Rewards Paid?
A referral is considered successful when:
Your friend is a new Eversend user and completes their registration using your unique referral link or code.
You and your friend each top up your Eversend wallets with at least $5 or its equivalent in your local currency.
Simply signing up or verifying an account is not enough to qualify for the referral reward. All applicable referral requirements must be completed before the reward is credited.
Once the referral is successful, you and your friend will each receive a $1 reward, which is automatically deposited into your respective Eversend wallets.
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Reward?
Your referral reward is credited to your Eversend wallet after all the required referral conditions have been completed.
If you and your friend have completed all the requirements but your reward has not been credited, please allow a reasonable processing period before contacting Eversend Support.
Can I Track My Referral?
You can check the status of your referral from the Earn section of the Eversend app.
If your referral has met all the requirements but your reward has not been credited, please contact Eversend Support through the app or the available official support channels. Our team can review the referral and assist you.
