Eversend makes it easy to exchange between supported currencies directly within the app. You can convert funds from one wallet to another using live exchange rates, without needing to send money to a different account.
Before you begin, ensure you have enough funds in the wallet you want to exchange from.
How to exchange currencies
Open the Eversend app and sign in to your account.
Tap Exchange from the home screen.
Select the currency you want to exchange from.
Select the currency you want to exchange to.
Enter the amount you want to exchange.
Review the exchange details, including:
The exchange rate.
The amount you'll receive.
Any applicable fees.
If everything looks correct, tap Continue to complete the exchange.
Once your exchange is successful, the converted funds will appear in your destination wallet.
Things to know
You can only exchange between currencies supported by Eversend.
Exchange rates are live and may change until you confirm your transaction.
Make sure you have enough balance in your source wallet to complete the exchange, including any applicable fees.
Some currency pairs may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, liquidity constraints, or service interruptions.
Why can't I exchange currencies?
If you're unable to complete an exchange:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Check that you have enough funds in your source wallet.
Close and reopen the app, then try again.
Wait a few minutes if there's a temporary service interruption and try again.
If the issue persists, contact Eversend Support through the app. Our team will investigate the issue and help you complete your exchange.
