This issue is not caused by your account. Our team is aware of these incidents when they occur and works to restore the service as quickly as possible. Once the service is restored, you'll be able to fund your card and make payments as usual.
What Should I Do?
If you encounter this error:
Take a screenshot of the error message in case our Support team needs it for investigation.
Wait a few minutes and try topping up your card again, as the issue is usually temporary.
If the error persists, contact Eversend Support and share the screenshot so we can check the current status of the service and assist you further.
When Will the Service Be Restored?
Our team works to resolve service interruptions as quickly as possible. Once the issue has been resolved, we will notify affected users. To ensure you receive these updates, please make sure notifications are enabled for the Eversend app.
Once the Service Is Restored
After the service has been restored, you will be able to:
Top up your virtual card.
Create new virtual cards.
Make card payments as normal.
